Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included on every plan. We build your voice, scripts and calendar connection and run test calls with you before you go live.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month with no lock-in contract, and there's a 7-day free trial.
Do prices include GST?
FirstVoice isn't GST-registered, so no GST is added. The price you see is the price you pay, in NZ dollars.
What happens if I use more minutes than my plan includes?
Extra minutes cost $0.65 each on Starter, $0.60 on Growth and $0.55 on Scale. Minutes don't roll over. If you regularly go over, the next plan up usually works out cheaper, and we'll tell you.
How are minutes counted?
Minutes are counted while FirstVoice is on a call. A typical call lasts around three minutes, so Starter's 200 minutes covers roughly 65 calls a month.
How much is speed-to-lead?
Speed-to-lead, which calls new Facebook, website and Google Ads leads back typically within 60 seconds, is an add-on from $297 a month on the Growth and Scale plans.
